The first version of “labor calculator” e-service is launched by Ministry of Justice. The “labor calculator” e-service is initiated to make the sure the fast recovery of dues and quick labor court procedures.
The aims and objectives of “labor calculator” are
- Promote legal awareness
- Accurate financial calculations
- To facilitate applying the Labor Law and its regulations.
- To expedite the litigation process
The “Labor calculator is quite user friendly. On single webpage all sections are accommodated. The results can be printed so easily.
The Ministry of Justice noted that the e-service “Labor calculator” is effective in covering the financial dues as mentioned in the “Labor Law”, wages over due, end of service benefits ,gratuity, overtime, vacations payment and compensation for terminations and other sections.
The Research Center of Ministry and Labor Justice Unit did the analysis of the Labor Law and its regulations and made formulas to convert the most important labor rights then coded the formulas and results were tested using them.
The calculator is available on the Ministry of Justice website.
