Punishment & Employer Penalties for Huroob in Saudi Arabia
Once a person is declared as Huroob and if he gets caught then
- He will be deported to his home country
- If the person is working and employed then his money will be used for deportation
- He will be banned from entering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for 5 years
- He cannot even enter Saudi Arabia for even for Hajj or Umrah
Penalties for employer who have failed to report Huroob of their employee
- SR 5,000/- for not reporting the Huroob to the concerned Authorities for 1 year for first time
- SR 10,000/- for not reporting the Huroob to the concerned Authorities for 2 years for second time
- SR 15,000/- for not reporting the Huroob to the concerned Authorities for 3 year in third time and sponsor will also be imprisoned for a month.
