On the official website of Indian Embassy of Riyadh this information is published Amnesty Period has been Extended from 16/09/2017 for one Month.

Indian Embassy is appealing to all the Indian Nationals to avail Saudi Amnesty 2017. Embassy & Consulate have made elaborate arrangements for issue of Emergency certificate(EC) (Outpass) to those who do not have a Valid Passport.
