MHRSD announced the decision about Saudization in six major sectors mentioned below:
Real Estate
Custom Clearance
Law Offices
Cinema Sector
Driving Schools
Technical & Engineering Professions
This step of Saudization is aimed to create 40,000 new jobs for Saudis nationals.
Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development is planning to create more than 203,000 jobs by issuance of the new ministerial decisions comes as a continuation of the ministry’s strategy to enable Saudi cadres to secure very good jobs, as well as to provide an attractive and stimulating work environment that are instrumental in attracting more sons and daughters of the country to work in the private sector, and eventually increase their participation in the labor market, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
Earlier Saudization was carried out in the following sectors: Malls, Restaurants and Cafes, Central catering markets, and educational professions in the private sector
