Najm company after getting the details will investigate about the accidents and will note down all the details of the parties involved in accidents and check their Insurance to provide documentation for claiming insurance.
Najm will not cover accidents in the scenarios listed below:
1) Accidents which is outside the coverage area of the Najm Company
2) Accidents resulted in death, injuries, natural disaster or fire
3) Accidents where the parties involved doesn’t have insurance from any Saudi Arabian monetary Agency.
