Ministry of Interior in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has provided Intructions and have against violating Quarantine Rules in Saudi Arabia. MOI has clarified about the penalties when violating isolation rules in KSA.
Anyone who violates the instructions provided by MOI related to isolation & quarantine will be penalized a fine of 200,000 Saudi Riyals OR imprisonment for 2 years.
These penalties & instructions are provided to be followed by residents of Saudi Arabia to reduce the risk of COVID-19 in public places.
Ministry of Interior also said the penalty will be doubled for violators who are violating repeatedly.
Any Expat who is found violating the rules of Quaratine and not following the instructions provided by the MOI will be punished severely with deoprtation from the Kingdom to their Home Country and a permanent ban on entering Saudi Arabia.
As per the stats, MOI announced that within a week almost 28,567 violations were siezed in order to confront corona pandemic.
