Expats Can return to Saudi only after 3 yrs, if failed to Return on ReEntry

The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) has informed to all the Expatriates who have left kingdom on a Exit ReEntry Visa and did not come back to the kingdom and their Visa got expired will be unable to re-enter Saudi Arabia for a period of 3 years.

No Entry for 3 yrs for Expat not Returned on Exit-ReEntry

Still Expats can come back to Saudi Arabia with their previous employer with new work Visa

There were many expats who were approaching Jawazat to which Jawazat that who have left kingdom and did not come back to Saudi Arabia even after their Visa got expired cannot come to Kingdom for a period of 3 years.
