Once an expatriate enters Saudi Arabia its a good habit do this first, as without this you’ll be unable to renew your Iqama, Process Exit or Re-Entry Visa.

Open the official website of The Council of Cooperative Health Insurance of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia cchi.gov.sa, IF the language is in Arabic you can also change the language to English by click on the top right near the Search Box.
- Then Choose ‘Business owners’ from the option available in the website.
- On the Left side Menu, Click on ‘Inquire about Insurance information’. Clicking on this page will take you to the below page, wherein you will have to fill the below details:

- Once the above Insurance details are entered, Click ‘OK’ button to get the details.
If you’ve subscribed for Insurance, then you’ll get all the medical insurance ID with following details:
Policy Number
Insurance Company
Identity number
Insurance Expire Date – Hijri
Insurance Expire Date – Gregorian
Upload Date – Hijri
Upload Date – Gregorian
If you’ve subscribed for Medical or Health Insurance. You’ll get a message that “You Don’t Have Insurance“.
