Issues with Incorrect Name on Iqama in Saudi Arabia

As earlier mentioned in my post about the importance of Correct Name on Iqama and how important it is to change your
name if its misprinted in English or Arabic or incorrect. We suggest that your Iqama name should match your name in
the passport.

Because with an incorrect Iqama you’ll be unable to do any office work in Saudi. We provide you the list of things
which you cannot do with a wrong or incorrect name on Iqama:

• Bank account cannot be opened
• Police clearance certificate will not be given, if you’re leaving Saudi Arabia permanently
• Cannot Perform Hajj with incorrect name on Iqama
• Cannot invite your Family or Apply for a family Visit Visa

Note: Don’t receive Iqama with wrong name, miss spelling or incorrect name when you get it for the first time.
