Saudi Council of Ministers have added another provision and approve it in the Organ Donation Law in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any person who is involved in Buying/ Selling or brokering cash or kind in organ donating will be impersonated in Jail or Up to 2 years along with a fine of SR 1 Million.

Buying & Selling of organ is prohibited in the kingdom and as per the law it is not permissible to divulge any information related to the body of the donor whether alive or dead except in the legally determined cases or if an order is issued to do so by a judicial authority.
Anyone who violates this will be fined up to SR 500,000.
Council has already warned everyone that any king of Organ selling apart from Organ donation will face penalties and imprisonment.
Even an organ donor cannot donate a human organ if that organ is indispensable for the life of the donor. Article 11 of the law stipulates that the dignity of the donor shall be protected while removing the organ and protect it from mutilation.
