Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Bureau of Experts at the Council have warned the Employers/Sponsors in Saudi against Keeping employee Passports and forcing them to work, abusing them, threatening them and torturing them which is termed as Human trafficking on its Twitter account.

As per Article-3 of Anti-Trafficking Laws in Saudi, Human Traffickers will be penalized up-to 15 years in Jail OR 1 Million Saudi Riyals.

Penalties will be harsher for the following:

If its against women or people with special needs or children.
If more than one person is involved
Use of Weapon to threaten
If crime is across borders
