MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia) has announced Visit Visa Extension for the people who are facing travel ban. The extension of Visit Visa has been extended till 30th September.
This news will be a relief for people who are from the list of suspended countries and are facing Travel ban to Saudi Arabia.
Visit Visa Extended for Free till 30th September
MOFA (KSA) has informed that the Visit Visa extension will be done for Free without a need for paying any extra or additional Fees for Visit Visa extension. This facility will allow the visitors to travel to & fro till the extension period.
Any Visit Visas from the list of countries who were suspended from direct entry in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and have expired will also be able to take benefit of this service.
MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia) has informed that this decision was taken in order to help visitors whose Visit Visas were expired due to the precautionary measures taken by Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to deal with COVID (Coronavirus).
Even Earlier, Jawazat also has extended validity of Iqama, Exit Re-entry Visas till 31st August 2021 free of cost to help expats who are stranded in other countries and unable to visit Saudi Arabia due to lockdown or travel ban.
As of now only below countries are under Travel ban list of Saudi Arabia
India, Pakistan, Indonesia, UAE, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Turkey, South Africa, Argentina, Egypt, Brazil, Ethiopia & Vietnam with no direct entry into Saudi Arabia from these countries.
