Here are the details of Vacations as per Saudi Labor Law:
– An Employee can avail leave a minimum of 21 days to maximum of 30 days of annual leave. If an employee works for
more than 5 years then this annual leave shall be paid in advance
– An Employee cannot encash their leave and have to avail their leave in the period of his service.
– An Employee will be entitled for encashment, if he doesn’t take such leaves and works in these days. However, he
is also entitled to a leave pay for the parts of the year in proportion to the part he spent at work.
