  • He will be deported to his home country
  • If the person is working and employed then his money will be used for deportation
  • He will be banned from entering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for 5 years

Penalties for employer who have failed to report Huroob of their employee

  • SR 5,000/- for not reporting the Huroob to the concerned Authorities for 1 year for first time
  • SR 10,000/- for not reporting the Huroob to the concerned Authorities for 2 years for second time
  • SR 15,000/- for not reporting the Huroob to the concerned Authorities for 3 year in third time and sponsor will also be imprisoned for a month.
