Professional Verification Program in Saudi Arabia (KSA) starts July

MHRSD (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development) has launched Sunday the “Professional Verification” program, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation.

Professional Verification Program will help the ministry to verify that all skilled workers living in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to have required skills to perform the job for which they were getting recruited for, and this Program will include practical as well as theoretical examinations for workers to enhance their skills in their field.

Professional Verification Program aims to enhance the quality of skilled workers in the labor market to make sure they are meeting the current job & market skills which will enhance their productivity & improve quality of for the company they will be working for and will reduce the no of unqualified workers into the labor market.

Professional Verification Program in Saudi Arabia

The “Professional Verification” program has two separate tracks:

1) One aims to test all the skilled workers in their countries in cooperation with selected international examination centers before the expats arrives in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and

2) Second One track to aims to examine existing skilled workers in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia in cooperation with certified local examination centers.

The MHRSD urges all establishments to begin the verification process for all their current skilled workers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) starting July 2021.

The verification will become mandatory and will be enforced to each and every establishment in Saudi Arabia based on the size of the establishment.

First it will start with big companies which will have more than 3000+ employees and then to companies with 500 to 2999 employees and then medium companies with employees between 50 to 499 and then to small companies with 6 to 49 workers & very small companies with employees between 1 to 5

All companies must conduct tests for their skilled workers by registering through the official website (https://svp.qiwa.sa)
