Qiwa Service – MOL Launched Instant Labor Visa in KSA

Ministry of Labor & Social Development in Saudi Arabia has announced to launch Instant Labor Visa service through Qiwa electronic website online.

This will help all the private organisations which has higher no of Saudis and are in Nitaqat Premium zone by adhering to all the rules and regulations and which are in compliance with Ministry of Labor & Social Development in Saudi Arabia to get instant Labor Visa instead of going through long recruitment process which usually takes around 8-10 months times.

This will enable private sector firms to obtain visa instantly instead waiting for a long time.

Earlier the private companies used to go through several prerequisites which includes career advertising, and fulfilling other requirements related to the size of the firm and the volume of contracts.

This will help in increasing Saudization % in private companies, so that companies whose Saudization % is high will get instant labor, as it enables the employer to obtain any number of visas in the event of achieving higher rate of Saudization in the firm.

As per Ministry there are no. of conditions to be met by a private firm to obtains these services that a firm must be in Medium Green Nitaqat category for a minimum of 13 weeks or 26 weeks or 52 weeks along with a valid work permit and full compliance with Saudi Wage Protection program.

It is launched on the Qiwa platform (www.qiwa.sa) for now in which private firms can register using the aforementioned link.
