This service allows citizens and expats living in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia to check how many SIM cards are registered on their Iqama ID (Iqama numbers).

Using “My Number Service” will allow you to get a full list of mobile numbers & SIMs cards registered on your Iqama which will be on your name.

My numbers service allows the user to view the details of the phone numbers and data segments registered with his identity number with telecom and information technology service providers;

It is very important to keep checking these services on a regular basis to make sure that all the SIM Cards showing up on your Iqama under your name are used by you, else you might get into trouble if some other people are using the SIM card registered on your Iqama and using it for illegal services.

How to Check Number of SIM Cards Registered on your Iqama

Please follow the below steps To check How many SIMs are registered on your name in Saudi:

Method 1:

Check Number of SIMs registered on Iqama using Mobile Number & SMS

1) If you are a Sawa, STC user, then you can send SMS containing the number 9988 to 900.
If you are a Zain customer, send a Empty SMS to 700123

Mobily Users can also avail this service by sending an Blank SMS to 616166

Virgin Mobile Users can send a blank message to 309985

Lebara users need to write ‘ID’ in SMS and send it to 1755

Etihad Jawraa SIM Card users for Telecom and Information Technology Company MVNO, send an SMS to 1755 by writing ‘ID’

Once you’ve sent one of the above message as per your Telecom provider, then you will receive a message that will confirm how many sims do you have on a specific network.

Check Number of SIMs registered on Iqama using CITC website

Open The Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC)’s have an official website “https://portalservices.citc.gov.sa/E-Services/MyNumbers/MyNumbersInquiry.aspx

 

Check How Many SIM Cards Registered on your Iqama - SaudiExpatriate
1) Select user category (Individual or Business)
2) Enter Iqama number as your ID Number
3) Select your Date of Birth
4) Mobile Number field is optional. You can skip this step
5) Enter the Captcha code shown in the Image
& click on Enquiry

You will receive an OTP on the provided registered Mobile Number. Enter the secret code and press Search.

In the next screen, you will be able to view all the SIMs registered against your Name on your Iqama
