Ministry of Labor & Social Development in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia has announced a decision to initiate saudization for pharmacy jobs. Saudization of Jobs in Pharmacy will be done in two phases with the help of Ministry of health Saudi Arabia.

Saudization of Pharmacy Jobs

Phase-1 – Pharmacy jobs Saudization:

In Phase-1 of Saudization of Pharmacy Jobs only 20% workforce will be saudized starting 22nd of July 2020 across the kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Phase-2 – Pharmacy jobs Saudization:

In Phase-2 of Saudization of Pharmacy Jobs 30% workforce will be saudized starting 11th of July 2021 across the kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

The decision aims to Saudize 40,000 jobs in the private health sector, and will help in achieving goals of the Initiative of Saudization of Professions, which is one of the Labor Ministry’s initiatives announced on Sept. 11, 2018 (Muharram 1, 1440) that aims to develop and improve the labor market environment as the ministry will take all necessary measures to ensure the concerned firms’ commitment to implement these decisions in accordance with Vision 2030.
