USA bans Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) Flights

United Stated of America (USA) has revoked the permission which was granted earlier to operate direct light from Pakistan to USA.

US has taken a decision to ban Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flights operation to US. So, there wouldn’t be any special direct flights to US from Pakistan

Why USA has banned PIA (Pakistan International Airlines)?

• Due to recent events identified by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority that are of serious concern to aviation safety, specifically matters pertaining to the proper certification of certain Pakistani pilots
• Due to another news where the aviation minister of Pakistan has announced the grounding of 262 airline pilots in Pakistan over fake licenses.
• Due to fake certifications & education qualifications of Pilots

This is the first time where US transport authority has given permission to PIA for operating 12 direct flights to US for repatriates for carrying stranded people during this pandemic situation

Though it s great loss for PIA or a setback to PIA airlines, they said they are coordinating with US department of transportation for a reformative process where they will get back the permission of operating direct flights back from Pakistan to US
