Saudi Arabia have been implementing Saudization in many sectors and now Saudization is to be implemented in 3 Professions starting 30th December 2021.
Driving Schools, Custom Clearance & Technical Engineering professions are the three sectors in which Saudization will come into effect from 30th December 2021
The Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development had announced Saudization of 20Professions & Activities in 2021 which will create more than 380,000+ joibs for Saudi Nationals.
Saudization of Three more Professions in Saudi Arabia
Now the decision of Saudization of Custom Clearance Professions will also create additional 2000+ Jobs for Saudi Nationals.
JObs including General manager, Government Relations Officer, Customers Clerance Clerk, Customs Categorizer, Custom Clearnace Broker & Translator
In accordance with the manual of procedure for localizing the driving schools ‘ professions the Salary per month that is recorded as a social insurance that has to be subscribed has to not to be lower than the minimum Salary of the SR5,000 to allow to allow the Saudi employees to be accounted for within the saudization percentage imposed by the government.
It is important to note to note that MHRSD Fund “Hadaf” has been launched with the “Training and Saudization Assistance in Driving Schools” Program that aims to educate and educate candidates to enter the profession of driving instructor and operate 8,000 anticipated positions within driving training schools.
Saudization of technical engineering professionals covers all the professions that are classified as technical engineering professionals according to the professional classifications accepted by MHRSD.
The decision to legalize technical engineering professionals applies for all public sector businesses that are located in Saudi Arabia that employ 5 or more employees in the technical engineering fields targeted for recruitment.
The Saudi technician who earns an amount less than SR5,000 won’t be counted in the localization percentage as one of its requirements
