From the Latest News Sources in Saudi Arabia and the Corona Virus Outbreak, there is an update that KSA has restricted Entry from United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Bahrain to the below mentioned airports:

King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh
King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah
King Fahd International Airport in Dammam

Saudi Arabia restricts the entry to the Kingdom for those coming from UAE, Kuwait, and Bahrain only to the above mentioned Airports. (Source: Saudi Gazette)
