PCR Certificate from the health centers mandatory required for anyone who wishes to visit Saudi Arabia from Countries affected by Coronavirus.

A PCR Certificate will confirm that any traveler is Free from virus before entering the kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Source: ( Saudi Official & Saudi Gazette )

PC Certificate can be obtained after a complete medical examination is done from an approved Health Centers.

For Kuwait:

In the event that the above (PCR) certificate is not carried by any passenger they will be deported on the same airline carrier. Financial Costs will not be incurred by State of Kuwait and the airline will be fined for violating this circular.

For Saudi Arabia:

PASSENGERS ARRIVING FROM EGYPT

Any passenger, who is arriving from or through any of the airports of the Republic of Egypt, should have a complete medical examination (PCR) confirming that he/she is free of the Corona Virus (COVID-19) and it must be issued within (24) hours before boarding of that passenger to the aircraft by one of the specified and approved laboratories by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Cairo.

KUWAIT

Directorate General of Civil Aviation issued a circular following the instructions by the Health Authority in the state of Kuwait, regarding the outbreak of Coronavirus, that all passengers form certain countries to undergo medical examination (PCR – Certificate) that confirms they are free from the new Coronavirus (COVID-19) before entering the country.

The Citizens of State of Kuwait are exempeted from the above circular

Earlier, Saudi Arabia had announced that passengers holding Umrah and tourist visas are not permitted to travel to the country. As per the recent update, Saudi authorities are permitting Indian passengers holding visit /family/business visa to travel to Dammam and Riyadh in addition to resident permit holders. But, passengers other than resident permit holders must have a return ticket.
