Saudi Labor Law mentions in its Article 89 that ‘During Ramadan, Working hours for Muslims shall be reduced to a maximum of 6 hours a day or 36 Hours a Week.
As per Saudi Law, this rule is only applicable for persons who Fast during Ramzadan (Ramzan), but many companies give this opportunity for every Muslims or Non-Muslim employees.
