Jawazat in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has revealed in on of its response to a social media query that the fine imposed for staying in Saudi Arabia after your Final Exit Visa gets expired is SR 1000 (Saudi Riyals).
This fine will be levied if the expat whose final exit visa has been expiered and the visa holder is still living in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This reply came in response to a query where one of the beneficiaries asked that ” I’ve made a final exit for one of the worker, but he didn’t travel back to his home country and Iqama has also expired. Can I renew his final exit or what process should be followed?”
Fine of SR 1000 after Final Exit Visa Expiry in KSA
The response from Jawazat on social media was “if visa expires without the expatriate leaving Saudi Arabia will incurr a fine of SR 000 (Saudi Riyals) for cancellation or re-issue a new one”
Jawazat also added that the validity of Iqama is a must and required for renewing or Re-issue of Final Exit Visa.
