Job market for Saudi woman is increasing day-by-day in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Kingdom is planning to feminize all Restaurant sector Jobs, which means only Saudi women will be working in Restaurants and this will increase Job opportunity for Saudi Women and reduce unemployment of Saudi Citizens

Restaurant Jobs Feminization in Saudi Arabia is under planning and soon this news will be out by Ministry soon.As per the General Authority of Statistics, women are more unemployed than Saudi men in th kingdom.

Feminization Plan for Saudi Retaurants & Kitchen are being led by her Highness Princess Nourah Bint Mohammad who is Wife Emir of Riyadh.

“On a trial basis we will hire women in 16 restaurants,” said Huda Al-Jiraisi, head of the initiating team. “We will hold a workshop with restaurant owners to discuss strategies to hire more women in the sector,” said Al-Jiraisi

This aim is towards Vision 2030 where in Men and Women will be considered equal for any jobs and the contribution of women will be around 30% in the labor market.

Saudi Arabia, with a market size of $5.1 billion in 2015, was the region’s largest Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) market (43.8% share in GCC market), according to a GCC food service report.
