King Salman has issued an order to partially lift the curfew across kingdom of Saudi Arabia starting Sunday till 13th of May.

Curfew will be partially lifted across all regions in the kingdom except Makkah where 24 hours curfew would remain in force.

Other regions which were isolated will also be lockdown completely until further notice.

Curfew will be removed partially will allow opening of some commercial & economic activities including retails and wholesale shops in addition to shopping malls.

They can operate starting April 29th till 13th May.

Restaurants, Beauty Parlors, Gyms, Salons, Cinemas will remain closed.

The security agencies are also instructed to ensure that “social distancing” is observed at all times, and that social gatherings involving more than five people, such as wedding events, condolence ceremonies, and parties shall continue to remain banned.

The order reminded the public that the prescribed penalties will be imposed on violators and that firms, which violate the regulations and instructions, will be closed down in accordance with the procedures.
