Cinemas & Malls to be Open 24/7 During Eid Holiday

Eid is on the Calender and most of the Malls and entertainment places in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam will be kept open during Eid-ul-Fitr holiday for public.

Cinemas Halls and Shopping Malls will be kept open during Eid holiday as said by Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH).

SCTH presents this activity as “Eid Season” which is a part of Saudi Seasons program launched for the first time in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This program is launched to infuse happiness to the Eid feast at the level of the individual, family, district and society.

Among the malls participating in the Eid Season activities and programs Kingdomwide are Al-Qasr, Gharnatah, and Riyadh Park malls, and Kingdom Center, apart from Red Sea Mall in Jeddah and Dareen Mall in Dammam.

As to the movie theatres, they include AMC Theatres in King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) and Fox Cinemas in the malls having movie theaters.

Among these initiatives, is the 24/7 work schedule in malls to enable the public to enjoy shopping, eating and drinking in restaurants and cafes, and going to the movies at the cinema theatres so that people can spend time with their family and friends in the kingdom.
