2 New conditions for Saudi Women for marrying Expats

Ministry of Interior Saudi Arabia (MOI KSA) has appended 2 new conditions for Saudi women to marry Expatriates (Foreign Men).

In the year 2018, there new regulations for Saudi women for marrying Expatriates.

Saudi Nationals marrying Expats

First Condition:

Saudi Women whose age is more than 50 years will not be allowed to marry expatriates. Earlier, the age for Saudi Women was set to 55 years and now they have redcued 5 years.

Second Condition:

MOI has ban Saudi women on marrying Expatriate men, if the age difference between Saudi Women and Expatriate Men is more than 15 years.

Example: If Saudi Woman’s age is 25 and Expatriate Man’s age is 43 then she cannot marry as per the above condition

Earlier the age difference was set to 30 years and now it got reduced to 15 years.

As per the stats from Ministry of Justice more than 10% of Saudi women got married to Expatriates, which means almost 700,000 Saudi women married to foreigners

We have seen a lot that most of the Saudi men marrying expat woman, wherein 50% of the Saudi Men got married to Expat woman from Asian countries.

There is a list of almost 17 requirement for a Saudi to Marry Expatriate to make sure that international marriages are successful.
