Vaccine is effective for New Mutated COVID-19

Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia has stated that the new mutated wave of COVID-19 virus will be taken care by the Vaccine and the vaccine is not worse than COVID-19 and the vaccine will fight even against the new wave, which means the vaccine will protect from the new mutation of coronavirus.

Saudi Arabian government is very keen to take all the measures and precautions and has closed international flights for a week or two by closing all land, air and sea borders until the nature of the mutated strain of the virus is studied and its impact assessed.

Even the World Health Organization has cautioned about the new mutation of Coronavirus which has emerged in Britain.

WHO officials said COVID-19 mutations had been so far much slower compared to influenza and that even the new UK variant remained less transmissible than any other diseases like mumps.

Vaccines will be able to fight the new mutations and variants of COVID-9 as well. The WHO said it expects to get more detail within days or weeks on the potential impact of the highly transmissible new coronavirus strain.
