The arrests were made during joint field campaigns carried out by various units of security forces and the General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) starting 1st of September till date

Those arrested included 25,200 violators of the residency laws, about 25,017 violators of the border security regulations, and 3,360 violators of the labor law.
