Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority is planning to withdraw One Riyal Currency note from Saudi Market and introduce One Riyal Coins to replace the currency notes.
Head of the the cureency department from SAMA, Walid Al-Sayyal said this.
Out of total notes out there in the Saudi Market, 49% are One Riyal notes and the rest are other currency notes.
