No PCR Test for Expats married to Saudis

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has announced that there will be no PCR tests for expatriates of Saudi women and Female expats who are wives of Saudi men before arriving to Saudi Arabia.

An official source at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) said that the decision comes upon continuous follow-up of the assessment, and analysis of public health concerns & conditions of the pandemic & the recommendations of relevant health departments in the Kingdom.

The decision was made to exclude husbands of Saudi Nationals, wives of Saudis Nationals, xpatriate children and parents of citizens, domestic workers accompanying citizens returning to Saudi Arabia from the condition of presenting a PCR tests before arriving in Saudi Arabia.

The source at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) also added that all procedures & precautions are subject to ongoing evaluation by specialized health departments in the Kingdom depending on global developments in the epidemiological conditions
