Ministry of Interior Saudi Arabia has provided rules on limiting public gathering and violation classification.
Violation Classifications & Penalties have been updated as announced to regulate the limit of public gatherings which will help stop the spread of novel coronavirus across the kingdom of Saudi Arabia
MOI Violation Classifications
The regulations have been modified and the classification schedule has been updated to include a number of other violations of precautionary and preventive measures, in addition to the penalties, according to the following:
1st:
Family Gatherings & Non-Family Gatherings inside Homes, Farm-Houses, Rest Houses, Events, Parties to be limited to 50 people
2nd:
Penalty of SR 10,000 for Private companies if employees not adhering to MOI Rules & regulations. All employees should wear Mask of any fabric or at least should cover nose and mouth with cloth.
Company should keep sanitizers in designated places in offices, shopping malls, children play areas, etc
If not adhered with MOI Rules, the penalty will be doubled
3rd:
Penalty if SR1000 for any individual who is not wearing a mask or fabric cloth around his nose and mouth and not maitaning social distancing or refusing to check temperature while entering any public or private company or shopping malls.
If not adhered with MOI Rules, the penalty will be doubled
