Most of the members from Shoura Council have criticized Ministry of Labor & social development in Saudi Arabia about the progress and development of Saudization.
Shoura members are not at all happy with the progress & development happening towards Saudization and discussing about it failure implementation.

Health Sector is the need where Saudization must be implemented. With the need of the hour as it will produce a positive impact on building a vital society through major involvement of young Saudi men and women.
There is also a plan to build national observatory for unemployment to help the implementation team for taking decisions and formulating their plans for flawless implementation of Saudization.
There should be intensive efforts to implement Saudization in many health specialties such as clinical pharmacies, medical laboratories, and naturopathy. There is a huge increase in the number of Saudi degree and diploma holders in various health specialties,” he said, adding that the tendency, on the part of Saudi degree holders to wait for government jobs, has been instrumental in rising unemployment rate among this section of Saudis.
