Employing engineers who does not have a professional degree will have to face legal issues. Misrepresentation of professional degree or providing fake degree of professional studies will end up in legal issues.
As per the Criminal Protection Laws, Any Engineer employed must have correct details. Any illegal methods or fake accreditation of profession will led to cancellation of license or professional degree.
