PHASE 1: May 28 – May 30. 6am – 3pm
Yes to All private cars allowed within all regions except Makkah.
Yes to All Businesses and Malls.
No to Beauty Saloon, Barber Shops, Cinema, Gyms.
PHASE 2: May 31 – Jun 20. 6am – 8pm
Yes to All modes of transports allowed within all regions except Makkah.
Yes to Mosques for daily and Friday prayers.
Yes to Businesses and Malls.
Yes to Private and Government offices.
Yes to Domestic Flights.
No to Beauty Saloon, Barber Shops, Cinema, Gyms.
PHASE 3: From Jun 21 onwards
Yes to Everything back to normal.
Yes to Daily and Friday prayers in Grand Mosque of Makkah for only Imams and Staff.
No to Umrah pilgrimage.
No to International flights.
