Private Clinic Owner must be a Saudi National

The Custodian of Two Holy Mosques King Salman attended his weekly meeting in Riyadh along with Council of Ministers where their approved the amendment in the Private Health Institutions Law that any Private Clinic Owner must a Saudi National Doctor Only.

Private Clinic Owner must be a Saudi National

No other Expats living in the kingdom can own a Private Clinic in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Saudi National Doctor who is owning the Private Clinic must also be the Supervisor of the clinic and must be specialized in the clinic work.

This decision was aprroved only after the a report was reviewed by the Minister of Media Turki Al-Shabanah and fully examining earlier two decisions taken by Shoura Council.
