Riyadh Labor Court has ordered a company to pay SR 20m for 258 workers from 8 different countries as per the local daily Newspaper Al-Watan.
For this case the court has held around 320 sessions in total to give the judgement and has held a new record in the labor cases.
An average of 64 sessions per day were conducted for 5 days.
Court said that the money to be paid to workers of the company was of delayed salaries, leaves, End of Service benefits, overtime & service rights.
The court also asked the company to provide the workers with acknowledgment certificates for the no. of years they have worked for it.
