Steps to Renew Istamara (Istimara) Vehicle Registration in Saudi

Istamara which is a vehicle registration in Saudi Arabia gets expired in 3 years from the date of Issue. and needs to be renewed within a period of one month to avoid any penalty fee.

Steps to Renew Istamara/Vehicle Registration in Saudi

Required Document for renewing Istamara are

– Valid Fahas
– Istamara Renewal Form (You can download the renewal from from Traffic Police Website and fill it. The downloaded renewal form will be in Arabic Language and if you don’t know Arabic very well, take help of any of your friend or relative for filling up the form.
– Your Old Istamara
– Vehicle Insurance
– Iqama
– Deposit Fee (Copy)

You’ll have to pay the renewal fee online through Online Banking or through ATM. The fee for renewing a Istamara for a car for 3 years is around SR150 is now SR 300 (Saudi Riyals).

Once you have all these documents submit it in the Traffic Police Station to get your Istamara renewed.
