MOL Plans to launch Bank Accounts for Domestic Workers

Ministry of Labor and Social Development announced that they will have been plans to launch Bank accounts for Domestic workers inorder to protect them under the Wages and Labor Law of Saudi Arabia.

MOL plans to do this to aim and protect domnestic workers and their rights over a contract between the them and their employers. This will obviously help all the domestic workers to get their salary on time and will also hold account of their employers for any deviations from the contract. Also, will increase Job security for domestice workers.

Doing this will force al the employers to Digitized the labor documentation and contract via Musaned website and declare their monthly wages and also open their bank accounts

This will help reduce all the issues and problems faced by the domestic workers working in Saudi Arabia in past.
