Iqama of Dependent or Family is Lost in Saudi ?

Iqama is a very important document, if its lost or stolen then you can get into trouble easily. Its important that you carry your Iqama everytime you go outsite. If its stolen or lost then you will need to inform your Sponsor within 24 hours of lossing your Iqama.

If the Expatriate has lost the Iqama, then follow the steps mentioned here.

If Iqama of any dependent or family is lost then do the following

• Write a letter in Arabic to Jawazat regarding losing your Iqama along with your Sponsor / Kafeel Signature along with 2 forms
• In one form take fingerprint of the dependent whose Iqama is lost and a copy of their Iqama, copy of your sponsor Iqama and passport copy
• For female dependants, you’ll have to take them to Jawazat office into ladies section to confirm their identity. After doing this take all the necessary document to the main counter and the T counter token
• Once submitted, they will give the printout of new Iqama

Note: For Dependant Iqama, there is no Penalty Fee.
