So here is the answer for all the questions asked on my Facebook page and comments or private messages.

As per the information from Jawazat Directorate of Saudi Arabia. All violator Expatriates who were deported from Saudi Arabia will have a ban of 3 years to re-enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Also the Expatriates who have violated Exit-Re-Entry will also be banned for 3 years to re-enter Saudi Arabia.
